Certain municipal services carry fees and charges. These fees are set by council in the annual Fee and Charges By-law

The following fees and charges are in effect as of January 1, 2021. 

Note that taxes are not included below. They will be added as applicable.

Administration

Fees

  • 1.1 - Penalty on Outstanding Taxes: 1.25% per month
  • 1.2 - Interest on Tax Arrears: 1.25% per month
  • 1.3 - Interest on Special Charges: 1.25% per month
  • 1.4 - Interest on Accounts Receivable: 1.25% per month
  • 1.4.1 - Late payment charge on Water Accounts Receivable: 5%
