Old River Road Detailed Design
From Glendon Drive to Pulham Road
Road Realignment and Slope Stabilization
The “Glendon Drive Streetscape, Schedule C, Municipal Class Environmental Assessment” (Glendon Dr. EA) was completed in 2019. This EA identified the preferred option for the reconstruction, realignment, and slope stabilization of Old River Road between Glendon Drive and Pulham Road. The completion of this EA now allows this project to proceed to the detailed design stage and ultimately to construction.
The Municipality of Middlesex Centre has retained IBI Group to undertake the detailed design for Old River Road from Glendon Drive to Pulham Road. This project includes the realignment and slope stabilization of Old River Road as well as some intersection improvements.
Opportunity for Public Involvement
We invite the public, agencies and involved stakeholders to attend a Public Information Centre to view the preferred Glendon Dr EA alternative for Old River Road. This is an opportunity to ask questions and provide input as this project progresses forward into detailed design. If you have any questions, please contact the Municipality or the design consultants, Arcadis/IBI Group.
