Effective January 1, 2009, the Municipality of Middlesex Centre will be issuing Dog Licences at the Municipal Office located in Coldstream at 10227 Ilderton Road.

In order to obtain a licence if you are a new dog owner you must contact the Municipal Office.  Dog Licences will no longer be available at the Animal Care Centre in Lobo.  Dog Owners who had a licence in 2008 will be receiving their new tag in the mail in January 2009.

The Municipality will also be issuing permanent tags starting January 1, 2009.  This means that the licence you receive this year will be kept with your dog throughout their life.  There will be a renewal fee each year for this licence.  You will be receiving an invoice at the beginning of each licencing year for the renewal fee.  It is the responsibility of the owner to licence your dog and failure to licence is in contravention of the Animal Control By-law.
