The Planning & Development Services Committee is an elected Committee consisting of Municipal Council. The Planning & Development Services Committee deals with land use matters such as rezonings, Official Plan Amendments, Subdivision Applications and Site Plan Applications.  The Planning & Development Services Committee typically meets the third Wednesday of each month.
